My kind next door neighbours Hope has passed on her copy of Swiss News to me. Looking forward to reading it later, especially the articles about Marcel Hug (paralympian) and the Swiss Olympic triathlon team.

Lisibo's 2012 challenge

This blog is my 2012 challenge - post a photograph of the something Swiss, and share a word or two in one of the languages of Switzerland every day for a year.

This follows on from Window on my world 365 my 2011 challenge to photograph the view of / from a window each day, and Trees365 my 2010 challenge to post a photograph of a tree.

And if you want to follow my family's first steps as we settle in Switzerland, you might like to see SwissMiss-Adventures.

My professional blog is called ¡Vámonos! and looks at teaching and learning in the 21st century, with a particular focus on primary language learning, creativity and the use of technology.
